We brought Dottie, our eight-week old Corgi puppy, home and realized we had no clue how to begin training. After our first hour with Jan, we knew we would be okay. Jan’s positive reinforcement approach made so much sense to us. We saw Dottie respond immediately to Jan and her method. Under Jan’s direction, we were relaxed and confident in our ability to develop a happy, obedient puppy. Dotty is seven months old now, still a puppy, she has made great progress. I frequently fall back on the basics of Jan’s training when a new difficult behavior arises with Dottie. Jan has a tip for everything, it was a joy working with Jan and her love for dogs is immense. She is a dedicated professional, we give five stars to our experience with Jan!!!
