Jan is something of a guardian angel for our family. Her knowledge and skill set as a positive reinforcement trainer, a registered veterinary nurse, and a Fear-Free practitioner are beyond invaluable. To top it off, she has such a compassionate and gentle manner with both dogs and humans. She deeply cares about the family's best interests and promoting a harmonious and loving relationship together. Janis also the kind of person who has the gift of bringing out the best in those around her. Her undying optimism, enthusiasm, care, sense of humor, compassion, and emotional intelligence are rare, and her love of learning and fun are contagious. Jan is one of the very best people I know, and I trust her implicitly. I feel so fortunate to have met Jan, who has become a dear friend of me and my pups. She has been so generous in offering her expertise and support as we worked through behavioral and medical challenges, and I appreciate her to the moon and back.
